Provides counselling services through the lifespan. All counsellors have their own areas of expertise, but some commonly sought services include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma and stress, Play Therapy for young children and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. We offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments, and never maintain a waitlist, rather our clients are seen within a week of their decision to book an appointment.
