Provides free and immediate mental health support to help with anxiety, as well as life events causing stress or other mental health issues. Appointments are 45-60 minutes and with a registered mental health therapist who may also make referrals to other mental health services. No appointment or referral is required to access this service. Locations and times: Community Mental Health - Montague: Clinic is for ages 16 years and older * Thursday 4pm-8pm * Call-in 902-838-0960 Richmond Centre - Charlottetown: Clinic for ages 16 years and older: Thursday 10am-6pm and Friday 12pm-4pm * Clinic for all ages: Tuesday 10am-6pm * Call-in 902-368-4430 McGill Centre - Charlottetown: Clinic is for ages 16 years and older * Saturday and Sunday 1pm-5pm * Call-in 902-368-4911. Prince County Hospital - Summerside: Clinic for all ages * Monday and Wednesday 9am-5pm * Call-in 902-888-8180 O"Leary Health Centre - O"Leary: Clinic for all ages * Wednesday 9am-3pm. Call-in 902-853-8670 Lennox Island Health Centre - Lennox Island: Clinic is for Lennox Island residents only * Monday 1pm-4pm Westisle high School - Elmsdale: Clinic is for students ages 16 years and older who attend this school * Thursday 9am-3pm COVID-19 UPDATE: In-person walk-in clinics have resumed with social distancing measures * Call-in option is still available if not comfortable visiting in person
