Support Services

Provides print information and in person support through a PlayWise Advisor, on responsible gambling, problem gambling, gambling products offered at Red Shores, and available community resources. Gamblers can also voluntarily ban themselves from the gaming floor, casino, and racetrack through the Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program. Players who enroll in the program can choose to exclude themselves for a period of 6, 12, 24. or 36 months.
