I have practiced as a registered social worker in both Alberta and British Columbia. I provide counselling and therapy for individuals and couples seeking greater vitality in their lives. I am skilled in supporting people who are experiencing the impacts of trauma, mental health challenges and problematic substance use as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss and/or relationship challenges. The variety of approaches that I employ create an eclectic palate through which I engage individuals or couples in creative processes of transformation.
