Whether the struggle is with anxiety, depression, loneliness, lack of self-esteem or self-regard, social disconnection or relationship tensions, the root of the problem is always found within human relationship — that is, the relationships we share with ourselves, and with other people. At the heart of my practice is the knowledge that healing begins when we possess greater comfort with ourselves, deeper relationships with others, and the tools to feel confident and effective in navigating the challenges we face as human beings.
