I provide a range of insight oriented therapies. I primarily use an attachment focus ( AEDP and EFT) , but also often employ techniques from CBT and use EMDR. My client age range starts roughly 18 and all the way up to seniors and their families and caregiving. I have been in practice for close to 40 years.
