Provides individualized support to youth in the community that is client led.Services offered include: Individual in-person counselling by a registered social worker (ages 16-24) Art program Gardening program Wellness Community Connection Zoom support group (age 12-17) Education and employment support Health and wellness/life skills and hygiene Academic/homework help Navigating social services/referrals
