Mental Health Counselling

Offers individual and group counselling. Also offers support services including referrals, harm reduction support, treatment planning, relapse prevention, connection to health supports, cultural connection and spiritual practice. Groups are offered in a drop-in/closed group setting depending on the group running at the time.
