Mental Health Counselling for individuals, couples, and families Addiction Outreach – referrals for treatment, client support, aftercare, and community education on alcohol, tobacco, gambling, and drugs. Community Health Preschool immunization and screening School immunization Counselling Adult immunization and screening Prenatal/postnatal support Chronic disease case management Lifestyle counselling: STIs, condoms, needle exchange, and education. Pregnancy testing STI testing Safer sex education. Home Care Home management (menu planning, general household cleaning, ironing, changing bed linens, laundry, budgeting, meal preparation, and shopping) Personal Care (bathing, grooming and skincare, food and nail care (non-diabetic), and reassurance visits).
