Offers individual follow-ups to women who have experienced or are experiencing domestic violence, as well as to their children, whether or not they have been sheltered. The follow-up covers the following needs: listening, psychosocial assistance, support, procedures related to domestic violence (legal and financial procedures), immigration procedures (permanent residence, sponsorship, etc.), accompaniment to undertake and finalize various procedures, steps related to reintegration into the community (studies, employment, self-help groups, etc.) and referrals to professionals (doctor, psychological support, CSSS, etc.). Support groups are also offered to help women overcome difficulties related to domestic violence.
