Program designed for people with a recent diagnosis of early-stage dementia, and their care partner, family member, or friend. Provides participants with evidence-based education in a supportive environment. Also provides an opportunity for people with dementia and care partners to receive separate, facilitated peer support. Offered virtually provincewide and in person within Halifax Regional Municipality.
