A virtual drop-in peer support group that offers a safe space for young people (ages 18-25) to come together and have conversations related to their experiences with eating disorders.

Participation in the conversation is encouraged, but not mandatory. Group is facilitated by 2 peer mentors who have completed Eating Disorders Nova Scotia"s specialized training.
