Addiction

* increase access to and utilization of primary care, mental health, and addiction services * provides counselling for substance abuse, through screening and identification, pharmacotherapy and treatment of complications * collaborates with the Manitoba HIV Program in delivering HIV care and prevention strategies * provides referrals to and network with, support services/resources/partners * fosters local capacity building through knowledge sharing and inter-agency collaboration
