This service provides patients with complex developmental disabilities comprehensive medication support., , This service provides psychopharmacology consultation for children with complex developmental profiles, who have not had success with standard treatments in the community.The psychopharmacology clinic is a consultative clinic and is unable to take over care of patients from pediatricians. The goal is to support pediatricians in managing these patients in the community, through telephone consultation, medication review, initiation of new medication, and short-term follow up.Once the medication regime addressing the referral behaviour has been established, patients will be transferred back to their community pediatrician or primary developmental pediatrician for ongoing follow-up and medication management., , Key Provider: doctors, nurses, social workers
