Program
Provides youth, families, schools and other youth serving organizations with culturally relevant support and services.
Services include:
Professional, culturally relevant youth and family assessments and intervention: Initial intake followed by professional assessment helps identify root causes of issues and challenges • Development of a support plan follows
Stay in school initiatives: Helps youth remain and succeed in school • Helps youth and families address concerns in the school system • Supports schools in addressing the needs of diverse school populations
Parent and family support: Helps families better understand and address the challenges confronting their children/youth/family
Referral assistance: Helps promote access to appropriate professional mainstream health and related services as indicated with a focus on early, pre-crisis support • Helps address barriers of access to needed mainstream services
