Support Groups

A provincial voluntary organization dedicated to helping individuals with Tourette Syndrome and their families by: Gathering and distributing information Promoting local self-help and professional services and promoting research Information and referral to community resources is provided Where affiliates exist there are self help support groups and general information meetings and seminars Tourette Syndrome is a neurological disorder involving involuntary tics (motor and phonic) Associated disorders include attention deficit disorder (ADD), obsessive-compulsive disorders, and behavioural problems stemming from these conditions
