At the Stop Smoking Clinic, you will receive free, personalized support to help you quit
A health care professional will help you:
* assess your lifestyle
* understand why you smoke
* set a quit date
* choose the right method of quitting for you
One or more of several methods may be considered:
* nicotine replacement therapy (patch, gum, inhaler, lozenges)
* counselling support while on prescription medication, such as Zyban® or Champix®
* behaviour modification
The Stop Smoking Clinic offers free nicotine replacement therapy for eligible tobacco users
