Welcome, I have been working with individuals dealing with trauma, stress/anxiety, depression, substance use, gambling/gaming, life transitions, and relationship issues for over 17 years. After a thorough assessment we will focus on the strengths you have to meet your challenges head on, overcome blocks, and ultimately turn your stressors into opportunities for growth. Special Services During Pandemics (e.g. COVID/Corona), Disasters and Related Emergencies Due to COVID-19 all of my sessions are held over a secure video platform.
