Youth Addictions

Counselling and psychotherapy provided by Psychologial Associate. Presenting problems: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, self esteem, workplace issues, stress management, anger management, addiction, and personal growth. Modalities: CBT, DBT, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Schema Therapy, psychodynamic, Attachment based and mindfulness and self compassion. Special Services During Pandemics (e.g. COVID/Corona), Disasters and Related Emergencies During this time services are provided virtually through secure video or phone.
