Youth Addictions

We provide assessment, counselling, consultation and training/workshops to individuals, families, couples, community groups and organizations. Topic areas include coping with life stressors (e.g. ,family, health, work etc.), depression, anxiety, parenting, school performance, childhood development (social, emotional, sexual, psychological, spiritual & intellectual) , disordered eating behaviours, diabetes, adolescent maturation, relationship improvement, separation, divorce & reforming of families, stress and anger management, conflict, abuse and violence, intimacy, sexuality, legal system involvement/criminal rehabilitation, grief, bereavement and loss, motivation, spirituality, values and employment satisfaction & productivity. We also provide informative and enthusiastic public speaking, trainings and workshops on mental health, strategies to improve communication and healthy relationship development for private and public organizations (e.g. schools, business teams/groups etc.)
