Provides support services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their familiesDay ProgramsOffering: instruction provided for adults in gross motor skills life skills cognitive and perceptual skills language and communication ongoing assessment individual program planning vocational and pre-vocational assessment and training sheltered employment job placement rehabilitation and employment options including school-to-work transition for adults aged 18 and over with multiple disabilitiesResidential ProgramsOffering: supported accommodation for adults in homes and apartments assessment and training in living skills for adults aged 18 and older group and individualized care may include those with dual diagnosis physical disabilities 18 residential sites which differ in degree of supervision and intensity of programs all focus on providing support, education and training in independent living skillsFamily Support Programs: alternative support is provided for adults in families through In-Home and Out-of-Home Respite and Family Home Program
