Youth Addictions

I am a mental health therapist, educator, and consultant. I work with youth and adults, ages 12 and up. My specialization is in working with people who are experiencing symptoms of stress: depression, anxiety, mood and emotional imbalances, addictions, physical and physiological health conditions, anger, and more. I integrate mindfulness practices, therapeutic yoga, and somatic techniques in my work with clients who are interested in taking a more holistic approach to their mental health treatment. My services are eligible for claims through Blue Cross, Veterans Affairs Canada, and most employment insurance benefits (I work under the supervision of Registered Counselling Psychologist Dr. David Paré)
