Youth Addictions

I am a Registered Psychotherapist based in Ottawa, Canada. I offer psychotherapy services nation-wide via Zoom video. As a holistic psychotherapist, I assist my clients in healing their whole-selves, which means restoring health in mind, body, emotion, energy, relationship, and spirit. I work with youth, adults, parents, and families. I have a strong interest and expertise in the treatment of eating disorders across the lifespan. I am an active and published researcher in the field of the indigenous Amazonian plant medicine, Ayahuasca, as a complement or alternative to conventional mental health treatment.
