Offers a substance abuse treatment program for individuals with opiate addiction which includes: Initial intake screening procedure Addiction assessment Urine drug test Physical and appropriate lab tests Counselling assessment Psychiatry assessment Two doctor"s appointments per week during first two weeks Ongoing counselling and case management Harm reduction servicesNote: Offers both Methadone, Suboxone and Hepatitis C treatment
