Program
Outreach service for neurodiverse children and youth being discharged from inpatient mental health care. The team provides stabilization and transitional support for mental health from a multidisciplinary team., , COAST Kids share the mission of the Child and Adolescent Addiction, Mental Health and Psychiatry Program and work together with other services to build an environment that creates optimum mental health and wellbeing for neurodiverse children, adolescents and their families and caregivers. We provide outreach, community-based mental health services for children, adolescents and families who have a neurodivergent diagnosis, including autism, Asperger"s, significant ADHD, and others. The population we serve consists of children and adolescents aged 5 to 17 years and their families / caregivers.,
