COVID-19 Response Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, all programs will be held virtually until further notice. Regular ServiceProvides support, public and professional education, and promotes research to find a cause and cure for Alzheimer disease. Services include: Resource library Early stage support group Speaker program to community agencies and interested groups Family support/self-help groups to ensure caregivers that they are not alone Advanced care planning Memory Café - Support group for people with dementia. Meets twice monthly to discuss latest news and offer support to each other. Contact office for details and to join. Active Living - Combines mental and social stimulation for individuals with early to mid-stage Alzheimer"s disease and other dementias and their care partners. This program is run once a week and offers a great environment to establish new friendships with others who are living with similar experiences. Contact the office for details and to join. Minds in Motion - A community-based social program that incorporates physical activity and mental stimulation for people with early to mid-stage signs of Alzheimer"s disease or other dementias and their care partners.
