Free guided self-help skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety or depression, or those who feel depressed, stressed, worried, irritable or angry delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, with tools to support individuals on their path to mental wellness based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)
