Centretown Community Health Centre provides a full range of health and social services to individuals and families who live or work in Ottawa South, the Glebe and Centretown and specialized services to all residents of the broader Ottawa region. Services include: Medical Services; Counselling Services; Medical and Social Services Walk-in; Addictions Services; Child and Family Programs; Community-based Diabetes Program; Health Education Groups; Homeless Initiative Program; Community Initiatives.
