COVID19 Offices open. Call for intake and protocols. Clients will be supported either in-person, over the phone or via videoconferencing. Intake and main office lines will be monitored and messages responded to within one business day. Some peer support groups are running via Zoom. Ensuring clients have resources they need to stay connected and safe. Still taking referrals, please call.The Addiction Medicine Clinics supported in partnership with Dr. Datema, are considered an essential service so will remain open on their usual days. They are doing active telephone screening day before clinic and active screening is taking place at clinics and practicing social distancing by limiting the number of clients at the clinic at one time.Anyone in acute mental health or addiction crisis should contact the Huron Perth Helpline and Crisis Response Team at 1-888-829-7484Community-based agency offering professional counselling, resources and support for the treatment and prevention of substance abuse and problem gambling/gaming, assessment and community counselling for individuals experiencing difficulties with either their own or a loved one"s substance use or gambling/gaming behaviour.Services include Addiction Supportive Housing Adult Substance Use Community Withdrawal Management Court Support Heart to Home Opiate Counselling Peer Support Pregnancy and Parenting Problem Gambling and Behavioural Change Supportive Housing of Perth Program Transitional Case Management Youth Community Treatment Youth Substance Abuse Youth Virtual HubMain offices in Stratford and Goderich with outreach offices in many locations throughout Huron County and Perth County as well as in all Huron/Perth Secondary schools.
