Counselling Connection is a full service practice that provides counselling and support to individuals struggling with mental health concerns, life transitions and change. We work with individuals, couples and families who are dealing with a variety of concerns including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, communication, grief, behavioural issues, parenting and self-esteem.
