Operates a 19-bed co-ed emergency shelter in a home like environment Provides 24 hour access to support staff to assist with the resolution of the crisis Assists in prioritizing problems and setting goals to resolve the crisis Offers a crisis telephone line for any member of the public that provides a confidential listening and referral service Provides food, shelter, and physical safety Serves as a Community Resource Centre by the Correctional Services of Canada and the Ministry of the Solicitor General and Correctional Services
