Providing various mental health services for the Durham region, including: * Supportive housing * Case management * Crisis services * Mental health support services * Family support program Locations include two locations in Whitby (Brock Street South and Dundas Street East) and Ajax (Harwood Avenue). Funded by the Central East Local Health Integration Network, the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care and by Durham Region Department of Social Services.
