Provides support to people affected by Huntington disease. Includes: Information on Huntington disease (HD) and related community services Short-term counselling Connecting families with community services through referral and advocacy Individual advocacy through working with service providers and individuals to help ensure access to necessary services Connecting individuals with HD and family members with others through support groups and therapeutic retreats Working in partnership with local HD clinics, movement disorder clinics, and genetics clinics to enhance service delivery
