COVID19 Mental Health and Addiction Crisis Line available Mon-Sun 24 hours, 416-929-5200 (TTY 416-929-9647); Substance Use Crisis Team also available Mon-Fri 10 am-6 pm at 416-962-0220; visit GCC website for service updates virtual face-to-face support, wellness checks and short-term follow-up support available mobile team in-person visits 8 am-12 midnight, 2 short stay beds virtual wellness groups for service users and frontline professionals virtual crisis intervention and suicide awareness workshops mobile team visits and new house stays running at reduced capacity referrals from agencies: clients can call crisis line Mon-Sun 24 hours, or for wellness checks or follow-up-call referrals, call main office line and follow the prompt-----------24 hour non-medical crisis intervention for acute psychosocial crises mobile response in the home or other community setting concrete assistance and support with problems immediate to the crisis brief stay at base facility when necessary referrals for assistance with ongoing needs such as financial, housing, case management assistance with remaining in the community no medical or psychiatric treatment, or emergency medical service
