Hello, my name is Josée and I welcome you to an exciting opportunity to be heard, understood, and create change. I look forward to working with you to help support you and work on areas of your lifestyle that you find problematic, to set and achieve some goals, and develop skills to maintain positive emotions going forward. I provide a non-judgmental environment where I can help you to identify your qualities, existing resources, and strengths to overcome barriers. I can help you work towards achieving wellness by problem solving issues that have been plaguing you. I am a determined, energetic, and mature individual with over twenty years experience in the social science field. As a result, I have a lot of experience listening to clients and working with them to discover their individual areas of need. I have worked extensively with good people who struggle to make good choices, poor problem solvers, and individuals with problematic lifestyles. I have also worked with clients of various ages, cultures, and religions (I can provide a religious focus, if requested by client). I can also provide services in French. I have strong family ties and enjoy both athletic and creative activities as well as reading in my spare time. I am currently accepting clients for online appointments only. As a qualifying psychotherapist, I will be supervised by our clinical director July Lui. I look forward to meeting you!
