Youth Addictions

Jane Langmaid, M.Ed. (Counselling), offers individual and family counselling services for individuals and couples who are dealing with relationship problems, drug alcohol problems, depression, anxiety, low self esteem etc. Support and guidance for parents dealing with "at risk" youth. Career exploration. I am a former secondary teacher and parent of 3 adult children, who connects especially well with young people. A family and couple counsellor, I also have the ability to facilitate joint sessions with parents and youth. Practice supervised by registered psychologist, and eligible for reimbursement by most health insurance plans.
