Multi-agency and multidisciplinary team provides access to a range of mental health services for individuals with serious mental illness and acute mental health needs (and their families).Services include: information and referral mental health counselling and psychiatry intensive case management intensive short term outreach treatment outreach community support for assistance with housing, employment and skills development peer support, social and recreational servicesOne of five teams in Grey Bruce.
