82 Bed residence with 24 hour support and supervision for vulnerable adults with physical or cognitive impairments.Supports and amenities include: Transportation and support for medical and dental appointments Family Physician visit on site weekly Certified PSW on site Registered Nurse(RN) for medical needs & medication Activity and/or outing daily accompanied by the Quality Of Life Coordinator CAMH on-site weekly for the Exercise Program and/or Arts and Crafts
