Mental Health Counselling

Offers culturally appropriate support to African Nova Scotian parents/caregivers. Provides 14 sessions of support including opportunities for individuals to discuss the cultural, racial, and historical factors that affect their parenting and for individuals to share, learn, and support each other; weekly activities; parent handbooks, and more.
