Program
Our clinic offers both psychological and counselling services, utilizing primarily brief interventions to best meet your specific needs. Focused on providing services to youth and adults, we use evidence based models in our practice, including Cognitive Behavioural, Mindfulness Based, Emotion-Focused and Interpersonal therapies. These therapeutic models have been proven effective in managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, interpersonal difficulties, grief and loss as well as adjustment to significant life changes. We work with you to develop insight into presenting concerns as well as cultivate specific skills and tools to assist you in reaching your identified goals. Dr. Sarah Bellefontaine has a particular interest in working with people living with chronic health conditions, including working with those who are struggling with adjusting to health-related difficulties. She also has a keen interest in working with women who have experienced pregnancy and post-partum related concerns, including birth trauma, as well as the transition to parenthood.
