Recreational Respite - One-to-One Recreation Support

Offers one-to-one support for individuals who have a disability, struggle with mental health, or face social isolation. This service addresses barriers to participation and connection in the community, and service acitivties will develop positive mental health, emotional wellness, and social health. This program can be offered virtually or in-person at the individual"s home or in the community.
