Community Service Workers: Advocate for the rights of clients by assisting them in obtaining services and resources in the community, including addressing issues of accessibility and engaging in dialogue that impacts social policy;  Educate existing agencies about the special needs of persons living with a hearing loss; and Help bridge the gaps between support services offered by other agencies.
