Provides mental health services to individuals under 18 years of age and their families. It also deals with concerns about children and youth experiencing or at risk of developing significant emotional distress, dysfunction, or disability related to a mental disorder, stress and anxiety, or problems in daily living. May provide a number of specialized mental health services accessible on a regional or provincial basis such as: Young offender assessment/treatment Parenting education groups Suicide prevention program Violence Threat Risk Assessments (VTRA) Some services are visiting specialists that may not be offered every day.  Please contact the facility for complete information or service availability
