Special, therapeutic courts that divert drug-addicted offenders away from incarceration and into an intensive treatment program to address their addictive and criminogenic behaviour. Combines daily attendance at an individualized treatment program and regular supervision by the court. Provides the participants with an introduction to Aboriginal Culture and Spirituality.
