Provides services to assist adults living with mental illness and addictions in becoming more engaged, stable, and resilient in their recovery, including: Case Management Care: Individualized assessment and care planning with a focus on vocational issues leisure pursuits, and life skills. Includes assistance with medication management, individual support, education, counselling, and advocacy. Residential Services: assistance in finding safe, appropriate and sustainable housing to provide a level of support consistent with client needs. Seniors Focus: case management, education groups, and consultation to seniors who are experiencing difficulties due to mental illness. Additional Therapies: individual and group programs such as self-care skills, conversational skills, budgeting skills, creative-expressive therapy, and collective cooking.
