Youth Addictions
I help individuals and couples to make sense of their struggles and shift towards more harmony and confidence within themselves and with one another.
I hold memberships and attend regular trainings with various professional associations (BCACC, ICEEFT, ACBS, EHNW), which helps me to advance my skills and competency in counselling clients on issues related to anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, trauma, and purposeful living.
Special Services During Pandemics (e.g. COVID/Corona), Disasters and Related Emergencies
Considering the challenging times we live in, I try to find a balance between "making services accessible to as many people as possible" and "being able to cover my costs and to provide for my family". Therefore, I currently offer counselling packages and sessions on a sliding scale. Please view my booking page for more information. If what you find is outside your budget, feel free to reach out to inquire about my availability at a reduced rate.
