Provides an opportunity for clients (newcomers) to discuss their feelings and develop better ways of coping with stress, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, adjusting to a new culture, etc.
Interpretation, child care and transportation services are available if needed.
Counselling – one-on-one sessions
Counselling for Adolescents and the Parents of Adolescents – works specifically with youth and issues related to youth
Parenting Support – newcomer parents and their children can access family counselling
Landing and Settling Group Therapy – help newcomers develop strategies for dealing with a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, family violence, and anger management.

Provides in-person and virtual assessment, treatment and support to address mental health issues related to service. For serving Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans, and RCMP members, and former members.
Treatment options at each clinic include one-on-one therapy sessions and group sessions to address mental health issues related to service.
In addition, OSI satellite service sites have been established so that referred Veterans can use the satellite service site location closest to where they live, if they so choose.
