Talk Lines / Warm Lines

Counselling

Online resource catalog that raises awareness and educates others about the prevention of tobacco use.

Mental Health

Offers a 6 week group program for grieving teens who have experienced the death of someone close to them. The death does not have to be recent and could include the loss of a family member or friend.

Crisis

Offers a day program for youth who experience mental health and substance use concerns that utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, and additional interventions. Provides support for approximately 1-2 semesters until the youth can reintegrate back into school.

Offers individual and/or family group counseling by professionals and support services for youth dealing with addictions. Also offers outreach services to those in need.
