Taibu Community Health Centre – Toronto Community Crisis Service – Northeast Pilot

    Offers 24/7 immediate assistance for individuals who are experiencing / witnessing a mental health crisis. Provides non-police led mobile crisis support and follow up care. Supports include connecting individuals to the care and long term resources. Team members meet individuals at their home or a safe location within the service area.

    Offers a safe place for First Nations individuals to talk and feel heard through an anonymous online chat. Service is provided by trained First Nations Peer Advocates who provide culture-based support on any topic.
