An eight-week group to support children (ages seven – 13 years) as they explore their feelings of fear, anxiety, and worry in a supportive environment. Through exploration of feelings, children will learn skills and strategies to cope with their emotions in an encouraging setting with their peers. Topics explored include:

negative thoughts
mindfulness and movement.

Offers an eight-week group to support children and pre-teens (seven – nine and 10 – 13 years of age) in learning emotional regulation skills in a fun and engaging environment using activities, crafts and discussion. Topics explored include:

A group for parents/guardians is held at the same time in another room. Provides support and encourages families to practice and discuss skills together between group sessions.

Offers a day camp for children and youth (eight – 10 and nine – 11 years of age) experiencing anxiety and worry. Helps participants explore their feelings of fear, anxiety, and worry in a fun and encouraging environment through hands on arts-based activities, games, and outdoor adventures. Campers are given the opportunity to gain the self-awareness, confidence, and resiliency required to combat anxiety and worry.

Provided with the idea that early intervention and preventative measures are important for children as they journey through to adolescence.
With early intervention, children experiencing anxiety and worry will gain the resiliency and connection required to cope with whatever hardships they endure in the present and in the future.

Offers a group for children and youth who are experiencing varying levels of anxiety, and who are struggling in their day to day lives. Helps facilitate positive peer to peer relationships, identify the symptoms of their anxiety, and provides coping strategies required to address them.
